2020 YEAR IN REVIEW

“Unprecedented,” as overused as it may be, is exactly the word we would use to describe 2020.
Albeit an undeniably strenuous 9 out of 12 months for every one of us, 2020 challenged us in new ways & we’ve been made better for it. We broke our $100 million volume goal that we naively set in January of 2020. We closed out the year with $124,115,463 in total volume for the year.
Our office was also proud to receive The Courier’s Best of the Best Readers’ Choice 2020 award for Best Real Estate Company. To top it off, our very own agent, Josh Stroud, also received the award for the Real Estate Agent category. 
Our appreciation for this community & each of our agents is just that- unprecedented. Thank you, River Valley, for letting us serve you.
